Mums + Bubs Postnatal Exercise Program
For all the New Mums we offer a Postnatal Exercise Program. These small and boutique group consultations are run by our Women's Health Physiotherapist Laura Justin.
This postnatal exercise and recovery program is perfect for women who have recently had a baby (2-6 months) and want to begin to strengthen their bodies in a safe and supervised way.
Held in our spacious and comfortable private 'Loft', with just 4 people per session, the program allows your Women’s Health Physiotherapist to tailor to each individual's needs. The program will focus on Pelvic Floor and abdominal strengthening, and work in line with each Mother's personal stage of recovery and exercise goals. Sessions are baby-friendly and will be able to adapt to each Mum and baby's needs on the day.
Before commencing the program you will have a one-on-one Physio assessment to determine your specific needs for your recovery.
